Infrastructure Management

Servers that get patched, watched, and accounted for, so nothing is running unmanaged and unnoticed.

Ongoing management of the servers and cloud accounts your business depends on, so capacity, cost, and security patches are someone’s job instead of no one’s.

The problem

Nobody has patched the servers in a year, and no one in the company is fully sure what is running where or what it is costing.

What you get

  • Monitoring that runs continuously on every server we manage, with alerts reaching your phone as soon as something trips
  • Patch management, so known security holes get closed instead of ignored
  • Capacity planning, so you upgrade before things slow down, not after
  • Cost review, so you stop paying for servers nobody is using
  • Backup and disaster recovery drills, so a restore is proven, not assumed
  • A documented inventory of every server, service, and account, kept current

Pricing

Scope varies too much here to publish a single number honestly. Managed plans from INR 18,000 per month. Tell us your setup and we will quote it properly.

How we work

  1. Step 1

    Infrastructure audit

We list every server and cloud account, what it runs, and what it costs.

  2. Step 2

    Risk and cost report

You get a plain-language list of what is unpatched, oversized, or unused.

  3. Step 3

    Fix the priorities

We patch, resize, and tidy up the items that carry the most risk first.

  4. Step 4

    Ongoing management

We monitor, patch, and report on a regular schedule so it stays current.

Infrastructure Management questions

What exactly do you monitor?

Every server we manage is watched for whether it is up, whether it is running low on resources such as disk or memory, and whether known security patches are outstanding. The infrastructure audit produces a documented inventory first, so monitoring covers everything that is actually running rather than only what someone remembers to add.

How fast do you respond when something goes wrong?

We have not published a fixed response-time guarantee, because it depends on the server, the issue, and what is agreed in your plan. If a guaranteed response window matters to your business, raise it during the scoping call so it can be written into the agreement rather than assumed.

Can you manage our existing AWS, GCP, or other cloud account, or do we have to move?

We work with the cloud account you already have. The infrastructure audit starts from what exists today, not a fresh setup, and moving providers is only ever a recommendation if the current one is genuinely costing you money or reliability.

What if we do not know what is running on our own servers?

That is normal, and it is exactly what the infrastructure audit is for. We list every server and cloud account, what it runs, and what it costs, and hand you that inventory whether or not you continue with ongoing management afterwards.
