Partner programme
A delivery team behind you, without a second logo on the invoice
If you sell work you cannot always build — or get asked for work you do not do — there are two ways to work with us. Both start with a thirty-minute call and neither asks you to commit to anything.
Two ways to work together
For agencies, designers and studios
White-label delivery
You keep the client, the invoice and the relationship. We build, host and support the work behind you, under your name. Your client need never hear ours.
- We work to your brief and your deadlines
- Communication goes through you, not around you
- Your branding on deliverables, not ours
- We do not contact your client, then or later
For consultants, freelancers and IT contacts
Referral
Someone asks you for work you do not do, or do not want. Send them to us and take a share of it, without carrying any of the delivery.
- You introduce us and step back
- We tell you plainly whether we can help before anything is promised
- Referral fee agreed in writing before we start
- You are told the outcome either way
What we commit to
The reason most partnerships fail is not delivery. It is the supplier quietly going around the partner. These are the terms that stop that.
We do not compete with you
If a client comes to us through you, they stay yours. We will not approach them directly for work in the same area, during the engagement or after it.
We say no early
If a job is outside what we can do well, you hear that on the first call rather than three weeks in. Your reputation is the one on the line, not just ours.
Terms in writing first
Scope, price, timeline and your share are agreed in writing before work starts. No verbal arrangements that get remembered differently later.
You are not locked in
No exclusivity, no minimum volume, no annual commitment. Send us one project or ten, or none for a year, and nothing changes.
What we can take on
Everything on ourservices pagesis available on a white-label basis — websites, hosting, DevOps, infrastructure management and security, plus custom software, AI work and mobile apps. If you need something adjacent to that list, ask; we would rather tell you no than take it on badly.
Commercials depend on the model and the volume, so there is no rate card here — a published figure would be wrong for most people who read it. We will put numbers in writing after one call.
Common questions
Will you approach my client directly?
No. If a client comes to us through you, they stay yours — we will not approach them for work in the same area during the engagement or after it. That commitment is the whole basis of the arrangement, and we put it in writing before anything starts rather than asking you to take it on trust.
Does my client find out you exist?
Not unless you want them to. Under the white-label arrangement communication goes through you, deliverables carry your branding, and we do not contact your client. Some partners prefer to introduce us openly as their delivery team — that works too, and it is your call, not ours.
What does it pay?
That depends on the model and the volume, so we do not publish a rate card — any single figure would be wrong for most of the people reading it. What we will do is put the numbers in writing after one call, before you commit to anything.
Is there a minimum commitment or exclusivity?
Neither. No minimum volume, no annual commitment, no exclusivity. Send us one project or ten, or nothing for a year, and the arrangement is unchanged.
What if you cannot do the work?
You hear that on the first call, not three weeks in. Your reputation is on the line as much as ours, and a partner who finds out late is a partner we have cost money. We would rather turn work down than deliver it badly under someone else’s name.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
Whoever you agree with your client — the same handover terms apply as on direct work. Code, domain, hosting account and credentials are handed over on final payment. We do not hold anything back as leverage, on your projects or anyone else’s.
Want to talk it through?
Thirty minutes, no charge, no commitment. Choose “Partnership / reseller enquiry” on the contact form and it comes straight to us.
