How do we know if AI is actually the right answer for us?
That is what the first conversation is for, and we will tell you if the answer is no. Plenty of problems that get labelled "AI" are better solved by a fixed script, a form, or a change to a process — those cost less to build and less to run. We would rather say so than sell you a model you do not need.
What does it cost to run once it is built?
Language models are billed by usage, so unlike a website there is a real monthly cost that scales with how much you use it. We estimate that range before you commit and put usage monitoring in place at launch, so the bill never surprises you.
Will it make things up?
Language models can produce confident wrong answers, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest. What we do about it is ground the system in your own content, measure how often the output is correct before launch and show you that number, and build in a fallback so "I am not sure" is a valid response instead of an invention.
Does our data get used to train someone else’s model?
That depends on which provider and which plan, and it is a question worth asking before anything is built. We will tell you exactly which provider processes your data and what their terms say about retention and training, so you can make that call with the facts in front of you.
